Veteran Ghanaian actor, Kofi Adjorlolo has stated that Nigerian movie makers are serious than their Ghanaian counterparts. He said Ghanaian movie industry has grown to a point where it can be compared to Nigeria's but there is one thing which lacks in Ghana's industry.

Speaking to Bra Chef on Radio Univers, Kofi Adjorlolo said Ghanaian and Nigeria movie makers use same approaches in developing their various industries but “the Nigerians add seriousness to their work”.

“There are no differences between the Ghanaian and Nigeria movie industry.

What happens on Ghanaian set also happens on the set of Nigerians but Nigerians add seriousness to their work which makes their industry move a little bit faster than ours” he noted.

He added that the population of Nigerians gives them a larger market to sell more of their movies than what a Ghanaian can market.

Kofi Adjorlolo revealed that there are 'pull him down' people in the movie industry who are always working tirelessly to see people's downfall.

“We also have setbacks whereby we have people who always like 'pull him down'. Sometimes it's very disheartening and frustrating but humans cannot stop you from the job God has assigned you to do”.
