Ghanaian Film Producers Should Discover More Talents—Alexander Osei

To Alexander Osei, an upcoming and a promising actor at that, no effort has still been made by English film producers to discover more stars.

In a chat with Alexander who has starred in over 6 movies and still counting, including; " Victims," Twisted Tips – a TV (season 3) and two short movies, he told us that , it has not been an easy journey for him so far.

He lamented that he has been through some few ups and downs in his quest to join the make-believe industry. For example, he was once given a script but later, he went through some rigorous audition. After the audition, he was at home going through the scrip; awaiting a call from the producer to confirm the day of shoot.

Some few weeks later, he saw the movie promo on TV and was really taken aback. In spite of that, he never gave up because his passion is always bigger than his challenges.

He advised the young upcoming ones to note that, there are lot of problems and undesirable things they will meet on their journey into the film industry; nonetheless, they should not give up.

He also encouraged the movie stars to try and always advice and motivate upcoming actors/actresses. He mentioned Ghanaian celebrated actor Prince David Osei as one of the few who advises and motivates him a lot.

Talking about his favorite movies, he said that he normally watch movies that tells more African stories and romantic comedy movies.

Alex, who has worked with movie stars like Prince David Osei, Christabel Ekeh, Eddie Nartey, too-sweet Annan, and the likes, whispered that everything about acting is hard because you have to make believe but because he has taken acting as a job, he's ready for its challenges. He asked his fans to expect greater works from him.
