Music Has Always Been My Voice—Jeff Spain

American born Ghanaian Contemporary Gospel Artiste & BET Sunday Best contestant, Jeff Spain has revealed that his passion and transition from singing R&B Soul to Inspirational music didn't come easy but was often faced with challenges pursuing his dream career.

According to him despite these challenging attempts to dissuade him from achieving his dreams, these obstacles only fuelled his passion.

''Music has always been my voice. It was my closest friend in college and undoubtedly encourage me to utilize my singing ability by participating in various talent showcases and nightclubs in and around New York City'' he said.

Speaking to Jeff Spain in an exclusive interview, he narrated how it all begun by saying '' he recalls a meeting he had with a pastor who would encourage him to sing for the glory of Christ. After that meeting, the course of my musical destiny entirely changed.''

And eventually, after much consideration, Jeff decided to transition himself from singing R&B Soul to Inspirational music.

Taking a cue from one of his favourite quotes in the Holy Book of Mathew 6: 33, Jeff Spain encouraged everyone and the youth who are pursuing his or her dreams to ''seek first this Kingdom and righteousness and all these things would be added unto you'. '

Meanwhile his stay in Ghana for this past weeks has encouraged and inspired him to put together a gospel band with gifted singers to glorify the Lord.
