The Search Is On For The New Miss Maliaka

Gradually, the reign of Miss Sharon Cofie as Miss Malaika 2012 is coming to an end and the biggest question on the minds of people is who takes over from the eloquent, intelligent and talented Sharon?

This year's beauty pageant is going to be for the boldest, the beautiful, the smartest and intelligent ladies as the mark they have to beat is the mark set by all past queens especially the reigning queen who was undoubtedly, the public favorite to win last year's beauty pageant.

This year's Miss Malaika 2013 auditions comes off at the studios of GhOne entertainment television station on the STC yard Mechanical Lloyd road on 29 th June 2013 at 11 am. Twelve ladies will be selected for the beauty pageant and at the end of all the tasks two ladies will be dropped leaving ten ladies to compete for the ultimate prize at the grand finale.

The twist to this year's competition is very interesting as the twelve ladies will be grouped in 3 groups and each group will have a god sister who will mentor the girls, be their fashion stylists, groom the girls, be counselors and motivators as well as spend time with the girls in 'their world'.
