Funny Face to rock @ 1014 Laughs and Music

THERE is no better time to host 1014 Laughs and Music than now, as Ghana mourns the untimely demise of President John Atta Mills. The all star performance scheduled for the Dome on August 4, 2012, is dedicated to the memory of our late President.

Much as the atmosphere in Ghana could have a solemn and somber effect on the 1014 Laughs and Music series organised by Charterhouse, in partnership with MTN, it is still an absolute 'must' attend for all.

It is the one show that would make patrons forget their sorrows by providing a lot to laugh about. The absolutely irresistible total package presented by the show promises a welcome respite from the stresses that has become a part of daily life.

Patrons are sure to enjoy some hearty laughs at the jokes to be presented by some of Africa's very best stand-up comedians. According to the organizers, the comedians scheduled to appear on stage include the hilarious Okey Bakassi, the likes of Bovi, I go Save, Akpos, Hogan and Funny Face.

The music segment of the show will be ably taken care of by Amandzeba, Betha and Wutah Afriyie among others.

The comedy series has developed an expectant cult following over the years and will be celebrating its 14 th edition on August 4, 2012.Audience numbers seem to increase with every show to the point where organizers have been compelled to host the show at the Dome of the Conference Center, which is still the biggest indoor event venue in Ghana.

With this high profile performance set for the show, one cannot help but anticipate the best Night of a 1014 Laughs and Music.
