Kim Kardashian suffered a fashion mishap minutes before going live on TV when her skin-tight leather dress burst open at the back.
The star had to be frantically SEWN back into her sheer bodycon leather dress before appearing on the Jimmy Kimmel show in the US.
The audience was oblivious to the fashion disaster that happened just moments before.
But her 14million Twitter followers were alerted when she posted a picture of the mishap and a stage hand stitching her back up.
As the dress gave way at the back, Kim tweeted, “About to do Jimmy Kimmel & my whole dress rips! Help!!! Time to sew me in...praying this works!”
Minutes later she sent an Instagram picture of a fashion assistant frantically putting the dress back together, with the message “Getting my dress sewn up! I think we can make it work...”
The TV reality star, 31, was appearing on the chat show with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe in Los Angeles.
Despite the near fashion disaster she appeared stylish and unfazed as she was welcomed on stage with her sisters. She paired the stylish leather dress with diamond earrings and Christian Louboutin high heels with scarlett-red soles.
