When iROKOtv launched last December and allowed users to sign up or login to watch movies using their Facebook account,and working with the developers at Facebook, they are setting the precedent for social media in NIGERIA with the launching of this social graph which should see a large rise in their website traffic.

How does it work?
At Facebook's core is the social graph; people and the connections they have to everything they care about. The Graph API presents a simple, consistent view of the Facebook social graph, uniformly representing objects in the graph (e.g., people, photos, events, and pages) and the connections between them (e.g., friend relationships, shared content, and photo tags).

After a user adds their app to their timeline, app specific actions are shared on Facebook via open graph. As their app becomes an important part of how users express themselves, these actions are more prominently displayed throughout timeline, news feed, and ticker. This enables their app to become a key part of the Facebook experience for the user and their friends.

So once a movie is watched, it immediately appears on your timeline, like in the example below;
