DJ DELA EXPOSED

Lloyd's Plaza's Disc Jockist, Dj Dela D is has released a single titled Ommbra anaa with a mixture of Naija and azonto style.

Dj Dela featured ace singer Adane Best on two of his songs and recorded most of the tracks in Kay wa's studios. The full album which is yet to be titled has ten tracks on it. Speaking to www.pinkfmonlinegh.com, Dj Dela said he's been in the industry for five years and hope to break barriers with this maiden album.

“Sure I know the industry is becoming tougher by the day but haven't taken the pain to learn from some of the known artistes today I think I can surely break through. I see my self as music and nothing else because as you can see I am a Dj so I spend a whole lot of time listening to music and mixing sounds”, Dela said.

“I took inspiration from the beauty of nature especially the weather because looking straight into the sky alone gives me the motivation to write my songs. Combining Dj'ing with singing is a lot fun because it's like a footballer warming up before a match”, Dela added.

According to Dj Dela his producer, Edem has been of a great help to him as he's been the main pillar financially behind him and he is very grateful to what he has done for him.

“I'm looking up to launching the album in March 2012 but it all depends on my producer because without him Dela catches cold but I hold him to his words and I know once he's said it he will surely deliver”, Dela told Pinkfmonlinegh.com.
