His name, Fogsoanku may be unusual or confusing to pronounce but his music is simply educative and soothing to the ears. Isaac Fogsoanku started singing way back in 1994 by performing various popular songs and around 1999 he realized his ability to write his own songs. After this realization, he has performed at various church events and is currently doing music 'underground' with his group known as the 3.1.6 Family.

He describes his music as Living Music, because he does a variety of genres such including rap, gospel, and reggae among others. And in the same spice of variety, he sings in Twi, Ga and English. He currently has two songs ready and mastered by Sugar Tone. The first single interestingly titled, 'Honey Monkey' has an equally exciting story behind it. After listening to a sermon by Rev Gabriel Ansah on Adom FM, Isaac was inspired to write a song about the message.

The song is about a clever monkey who got addicted to honey in the forest. The monkey trusted in its abilities and soon became arrogant amongst the other animals in the forest. So God angrily set fire in the forest and while all the animals ran out of the forest the monkey wouldn't have any of it in spite of countless warnings from friends. The monkey believed in its abilities to swing on the branches of trees and so wasn't bothered about the fire. But when the consuming fire came, he was found wanting.

The song which is a parable about the 'End Times', signifies Isaac's style of music which is largely to advise the youths of Ghana. The musician believes that Ghanaians will receive his music well and be motivated by the stories in his music.

“I want everybody to realize his/her purpose on earth. My biggest goal is to spread the words of encouragement and hope,” he concludes.
