Usher's two year marriage is legally over, five months after he first filed for divorce. The 31-year-old R'n'B singer – who filed for divorce from Tameka Foster-Raymond, 38, in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 12 – claimed they had been living apart for almost a year.

In court documents Usher stated that there was "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" and the relationship was "irretrievably broken". The 'Pop Ya Collar' singer – who has two sons with Tameka, 23-month-old Usher Raymond V and nine-month-old Naviyd Ely – was issued a decree absolute by a court in Georgia, US, last Wednesday (04.11.09).
