Dangote Suffers Huge Losses
01.03.2015 LISTEN

· Loses almost half of his fortune
· Confirms the prophesy of Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries

Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote has lost an estimated $9.4 billion (N1.936 trillion) of his $25 billion (N5.150 trillion) fortune in the last six months according to a Bloomberg billionaire's analysis released recently. Dangote is now ranked 83rd on the world richest list and with a net worth $12.8 billion

Dangote suffered heavy losses as a result of the rapid fall of the Naira and dip of the stock exchange. Some investment analysts have attributed this to various factors, and recently the postponement of the general elections, and loss of investors' confidence in Nigeria.

In a related development, it would be recalled that the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman had predicted hard times for the business mogul in a series of prophesies released in December 2014. “2015 will be tough for Dangote, I see him making heavy losses” he said.

In a reaction to Dangote's losses, Mr Phrank Shaibu, media aide to the clergy, said though Dangote might have suffered heavy losses, but that does not mean he won't recover. “Apostle Suleman is only a messenger of God. He says what the spirit lays in his heart. If you recall that this was not the only prophesy he released for the year 2015” he said.

It would be recalled that fiery clergy man has been in the news for releasing hard-line prophesies that have come to pass in recent times. Some of them include ,the postponement of the February elections in Nigeria, the passing away of Nelson Mandela, the sack of Bamanga Turkur as chair of the People's Democratic Party, the sack of former aviation Minister,Stella Oduah and many others. Amongst the prophesy for this year includes the 2015 elections being a replica of June 12; being marred in massive rigging, violence and ending up as a court case, the electoral victory of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, the fall of the Naira, etc.

In a reaction to the criticisms that trailed his prophesies the media adviser in a press statement described the clergy man as “an apotheosis of prophetic reverence and veneration, the man redefines the word simplicity: simple in speech or sermon, even simpler in his deeds and his dressing. And still far simple in how he addresses serious issues. So,those who condemn him because a few of the prophesies did not come to pass in 2014 should find answers in the story of Jonah, who was told by God to prophecy to the people of Nineveh. Jonah prophesied that the people would be destroyed in 40 days (Jonah 3:4) - no loopholes were offered, just imminent doom. God changed things, however, when the people repented and He chose to spare them - much to the chagrin of that imperfect (yet still divinely called) prophet, Jonah. Jonah, in fact, was "displeased ... exceedingly" and "very angry" (Jonah 4:1) about this change from God, perhaps because it made Jonah look bad. Nigerians need to pray, because if there is a man to pray, there is a God that answers.” The statement said.

Omega Fire Ministries Int'l is headquartered in Auchi, Edo state, with a presence in Africa, Europe and America.
