The national press conference for the Nigeria Cake Festival and Craft Exhibition was held in Lagos. The conference had Mr Michael Salako spoke on the basic of the festival and the event proper.
He said the festival is open to all Nigerians that have passion in what they do especially in the act of cake bakery and craftmanship.
The Annual Festival called the Nigerian Cake Festival and Craft Exhibition's maiden edition holds on October 1-3 2014 at the National Stadium Lagos.
It's a youth empowerment for industrial development initiative. It only allows 20 bakers to compete for the top crown while pastry hardware product manufacturers exhibit. Its also permit showcase by top flour crafters. And product demonstration by some brands.
