Some days ago, news went viral on most social media platforms and blogs that Flavour N'abania has threatened to sue one artiste named Rydda for allegedly using his instrumental without his permission.
It was reported that Rydda used Flavour's 'Chinny Baby' instrumental on his "Confession"(Chinny Baby Cover) song.
In an interview with one Jennifer Nzom, Rydda claimed that he is yet to hear from Flavour's management on the reported lawsuit. The artiste said, "at the moment, I can't really say [that the lawsuit threat story is true] because we are yet to receive any lawsuit [notice] from Flavour."
Rydda also said that, "I made a shout out to him on the introduction of the song. It's a way to show respect and acknowledge him as the owner of the instrumental I used for my song."
Flavour and Rydda hail from the same place in Anambra State; Orumba.
Rydda concluded that, "my management is making necessary steps to sort things out with Flavour's management."
