Top Ghanaian film producer, Roger Quartey on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, escaped death by whiskers when an articulated truck skidded off the road to crash his Opel saloon car parked near the road.
The incident took place around Efe's Spot at his Spintex road home in Ghana, a Ghanaian journalist told Nollywoodgists.com. It was alleged that a drunken driver of the truck ran into the movie producer's car and was almost crushed to death but Roger managed to escape with minor injuries.
It was revealed to us that his car was damaged beyond repairs. The case has since been reported to the police while the truck driver has been arrested.
