Azadus has been on the low key for over a decade now. Since the massive revolution hit the music industry in Nigeria, he has been sidelined by other young competitors in the industry. Attempts to re-launch his nose-dived music career have not yielded any positive result.

This has made some people who sighted him chatting with an Okada man to have concluded that he's broke. Reacting to the said rumour going round about him on social media that he's broke and now mounts Okada, Azadus tweeted that “Dats me chilling wiv my okada friend wiv a bottle of Alomo in d nylon. Am actually not fake or butty, am street! U heard?”
