
Raymond Ojoi who's better known by his stage name O-GEE is a Nigerian R&B Singer-Songwriter, Rapper and Dancer.
He hails from Creek Town in Cross River, Nigeria.
Coming from a family of singers, rappers and dancers; he was influenced by them positively to consider starting a career in music. He started performing at an early age in school plays, singing competitions and also with friends in his neighbourhood.
In 2001, he and four friends started an R&B/Rap boy group called S.O.D.O.S (Each letter representing their first names). The group disbanded a few years later, but O-Gee still persevered in his music; hoping to start a solo career for himself.
He grew up listening to the likes of Tevin Campbell, Boys II Men, Ray Charles, Toni Braxton, Notorious B.I.G, Johnny Gill and Ralph Tresvant to name a few.
“REWIND” is his third official studio release off his 'IT'S ABOUT TIME' E.P.
His music is infused with Rap, R&B, Soul and Dancehall.
He aspires to be one of the top notch entertainers and music icons in his time.
His new single drops on the 28th of May, 2012 at 12noon.
