Tips to reduce pot belly

Have dinner at least two hours before going to bed
Do exercise regularly. Walk as much as you can or meet a fitness specialist to find an exercise that suits you
Minimise fatty foods intake, especially fried foods
Drink eight to 10 glasses of water a day
Add plenty of salad, fruits and whole grains to your diet
Reduce your consumption of alcoholic drinks
Develop a proper posture. Stand erect, sit straight and avoid slouching
Avoid high consumption of carbohydrates at dinner time. This is the period when the human body is at rest and less active.
Along with regular exercise, taking a steam bath does help to some extent
Eat frequently, but in moderation - eat several small, balanced meals and snacks per day
