EVANGELIST EBENEZER OBEY FABIYI`S 70TH BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY

Evangelist Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi marked his seventieth birthday anniversary at 10 degrees event centre in Oregun Lagos Nigeria on April 3, 2012. The birthday started with a thanksgiving service. The man of God who delivered the message was pastor Orisejafor and he talked on thanksgiving. The man of God sighted the example of ten lepers been healed by Jesus and only one came back to give thanks and Jesus asked him of the other nine. The preacher continued by saying that God likes people to give thanks no matter their situations. He said Obey`s birthday was a thanksgiving occasion because he knows where he is coming from. He said some people easily forget where they are coming from and he gave an example of a brother in his ministry who was very poor and after service, he will pray for him. After a while, God heard their prayers and in a space of time, the man built two houses. On one occasion, he met the man and the man addressed the man of God as brother. The man of God then said he told him straight away that I am not your brother. He said the man forgot so soon. Obey he said, has not forgotten his past and that is why today he is giving thanks.
