Nollywood heavyweights, Pat Nebo and Peace Anyiam-Fiberesima were honoured at the ongoing 2012 edition of BOBTV taking place at Ladi Kwali Conference centre, Sheraton Hotel, Abuja.
The event, which had top government officials including Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, also had great Nollywood practitioners like Lancelot Oduah Imasuen, Francis Duru, Chris Obi-Rapu (Director of the first Nollywood movie, Living in Bondage) in attendance.
Pat and Peace were honoured in recognition of their service to the Nigerian creative industry.
This year's edition of BOBTV is expected to be a huge success. The event will also include an autograph session with the cast of MNET's Tinsel, workshops, exhibitions, university challenges etc.
Lancelot Imasuen Oduwa's latest movie, Adesuwa will be premiered at the event on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Another film by Dr Joy Emordi on women trafficking will also be screened as well as films from filmmakers from Liberia, Mali and Ghana.
