Touch Of Thoughts Take Responsibility For Your Own Happiness And Avoid Being Hurt In The Future
NOV 8, 2014 LISTEN

There are many folks out there, sniffing around on the hunt for who they might be able to use and misuse for their own personal gain. Be careful of who you allow into your life for love's sake. Many have been hurt or are being hurt for other people's foolishness and self glory.

Distance yourself and discard any ill feelings that are lingering within you. This is the best way forward. YES! We all have one life to live and it's about time we reprogram our mindset. We must discern and ask for the direction and guidance of the Holy Spirit to save us from aftermath of any negative relationship or association we have been involved in due to fake love.

If we have fakes or counterfeit goods, there is a greater possibility that fake and counterfeit love exists too. I do not know why but I have been prompted to write about love this morning.

Maybe it is to save someone from pain or mend a broken heart. My message may be for some of you or it may not even apply to you. Regardless of how you receive this, you must relax, do your thing and press on in life. To directly address those who this may concern, I ask you to please talk to God. Ask HIM to instil the grace in you; to reveal the differences between fake love and true love.

Your life is yours! You know exactly what you require to make your journey better before your end destination. Life does not always give us what we deserve but what we demand.

Never allow external forces such as mistrust, disappointment, discouragement, envy and jealousy destroy your life. Let the hardships build an internal power or force to fight these Ebola (s) which work to destroy happy lives. You have to learn to build joy, peace and positivity within yourself to overcome these deadly diseases creeping in slowly to affect your health.

You don't have to wait for someone to express their love to you before you know you are loved.

For God so loved you, that He gave Jesus Christ to save you. You don't need a man's approval to love yourself. Step up in confidence and never allow the inauthentic displays of love from others fool you from what is real. Open your eyes. Nothing is hidden under the sun. God will reveal everything.

1. FORGIVE BUT DON'T FORGET THE INCIDENT THAT LED TO THE HURTS.

This will put you on spot check to avoid it happening to you again. You have the power to make that decision yourself. Things do not go away until you deal with them in your terms and conditions. This is the only way to avoid sabotaging your own efforts to make progress in life and move on from past hurts.

2. LEARN TO EXPRESS YOUR PAIN AND HURT SENSIBLY.
You have the freedom to express how you feel about a situation that has affected you deeply without feeling bad about it. Whether it is direct or indirect, please for Heaven's sake and your health sake, express it! You can either do that by writing articles or journals to give you room to offload the burden of hurt on your chest. Get it out! Hurt builds up to become toxins, which then go a long way to affect your own personal health. Remember, 'our health is our wealth'. Expressing your feeling is not a taboo. Examine yourself to know where you have fully or partially contributed to the hurts and take responsibility for it. Nothing changes in your life without you taking responsibility for them and finding solution for it. Step up and be responsible for your life. Learn to question yourself about what you could have done differently next time.

3. AVOID BEING A VICTIM OF SOMEONE'S FOOLISHNESS.
Whatever the case, you have a feeling and that too matters. Do not shy away from expressing it. No one is worthy of making you happy apart from yourself. Do not put the code into someone's hand to activate it for you. Most often, we get hurt because we expect others or someone to decode our happiness and in the very process, they hurt us the more.

4. FOCUS AND MAKE A MOVE.
The only way you can move on in life after hurt is to focus on positive things and make moves to achieve them. You need to remain steadfast in the things you want from life and pursue them. Focus on the things that bring you joy and happiness, not the things that remind you of your negative past. You can never see the future by holding onto the past. Make a conscious decision to get better and not bitter. You have more ahead of you to achieve than, allowing your past hurt to derail your destiny. Life's challenges are there to pull us back from pressing ion in life to become all that we were born to be. Love yourself and make positive moves to secure that future.

5. FORGIVE YOURSELF IN ORDER TO FORGIVE OTHERS.
It very true that you cannot give what you don't have to some somebody in life. Until you learn to forgive yourself, you cannot forgive those who have hurt you. We all deserve to be forgiven. Although it may not be easy, we have to learn to forgive so as to press on in life. Avoid being glued to your pain and stop being so stuck on your stubbornness to forgive others. Forgiveness opens doors of freshness and happiness into our lives. Until we learn to do this we will end up grieving the God, who Himself forgave us our trespasses. Learn to forgive and move on in life. Try and understand things from another angle or perspective and open your heart to forgive yourself too. When you learn to forgive yourself, it gives you the platform to forgive others. Remember that, you are the chief editor of your life and what you allow to stay is exactly what will be published about you.
