You know the importance of first impressions. You know you do not have a second chance and that impressions, good or bad can be easy to make and hard to change.

But what about the POWER OF LAST IMPRESSION? According to customer service authority, Craig Hariosson, “In Customer Service, it is often the last impression that leave the after-taste. What taste are we leaving in our customers' mouths?

Harriosson says, “Make sure your customer's last impression is sweet! Find ways to leave your customers feeling valued, cared for and happy to patronize your bank.

Strive to leave them with smiles on their faces”. So often we conclude transactions without thanking our customers for their business. Always remember to say thank you.

We have the power to ensure the last exchange between us and the customer is a positive one.
