We serve the God of Increase. He created increase as a principle. He is the Author of multiplication, the Inventor of fruitfulness. One of the greatest demonstrations of the depths of His wisdom is the creation of plants and seeds. He created plants and created seeds in them and He said that the seeds would cause them to reproduce after their kind. He did same thing with animals and Man. God blessed them and commanded to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28). God is the One who gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6). He could have created everything in its perfect state and then there would be no need for improvement or increase. However, in His infinite wisdom, God designed our world for increase, improvement and multiplication. Therefore, when the thief who comes to steal, to kill and to destroy, shows up; when he who comes to frustrate everything that is of God appears on the scene so that the process of increase is frustrated, the best Person for you to bring in is God Himself. He knows the secret behind increase and fruitfulness. God is the One who makes the difference when everything is not working. He is the One who turns the wilderness into a fruitful field and the fruitful field into a forest. When you bring God in, what was previously not working or impaired will be repaired. Even in the desert, God knows where the water and springs are (Isaiah 32: 12-15).
When you activate this dimension of God, you operate in the realm of creative miracles. If it is there, God will give you and if it is not there, God will create it. Things do not work because He is not on the scene or He is passively present. Habakkuk 3:17-19 is titled in some versions of the Bible as “A Hymn of Faith”. It is a hymn of faith because this is a man who is practically and deliberately defying his circumstances. He realised that his lack of fruitfulness was only a physical reality; in the spirit realm, he saw himself as fruitful. The moment God said it, it existed and it was created. God promised us enlargement this year – that is your seed. If that seed has not produced fruit for you, or if it has not produced maximum fruit, whatever is acting as a barrier is removed. Experience fruitfulness! Habakkuk knew the secret of activating the God-kind of faith. He knew that God inhabits the praises of His people and what was previously not working will work. What was impossible before now will become possible. Whatever belongs to you but is being held back, will be released because angels will go to work on your behalf today as you praise Him. God gave us enlargement; therefore, He deserves enlarged praise. Give God praise without shame and believe that He is able to do all that He has promised you. God, who gives seed to the sower and causes it to become bread to the eater, will cause your seed to become tangible harvests.
