Barriers to a successful marriage – Part 2

(1) Vengeance:  Couples that cannot forgive will ultimately resort to vengeance and continue the evil cycle, never take to vengeance, it is wrong; two wrong can never make a right.

(2) Immaturity: Sensitivity to criticisms, unforgiveness, vengeance, perfectionist tendency outburst of anger, wife battering m lice, shouting during Is understanding, fighting on little things are all signs of immafurity, grow up, wake up, stop being childish.

(3) Bad Communication· Nagging, criticisms, lying, cutting remarks, shouting, silence treatment, condemnation, murmuring, failure to listen, jumping into conclusion, assumption, abusive words, comparism etc are all bad communication that can be a barrier to any marriage.

(4) Internal Attackers • These are things that can not be seen but can affect your marriage negatively, they are: Demonic attack, fear, bitterness, assumption, negative feeling, hatred, resentment, anger, lack of trust, suspicion etc. This should be handle with serious and aggressive prayer.

(5) External Influences . Children, parents, friends, family members, colleagues-in-laws, wrong teachers, house girls, etc can an constitute external influences if they are not handled carefully. Never allow them to take over in your marriage, never allow any of them to be closer to you than your spouse, be wise, keep your marriage.
