Stop Making Yourself Sick: Use Alafia Bitters Or Adutwumwaa
28.01.2013 LISTEN

Ms. Felicia Ntsiful was a student at a University in Accra who boasted to her friends at her hall of residence that as for her, she is capable of going for days without using the restroom to do “number two”. Really?…. Brother Kwasi Abayie is also a wealthy businessman who travels internationally for his business. He also boasted that he could go for a week without using the restroom. Is it normal for people to go through such experience of not using what the British people call “the toilet” or one of our friends call “nature's call”? There is also a brother, Musah Kasaamu who lives in Brussels, Belgium, who also said he loves Buffett ( all you can eat style food) and that he does not see the need for cleansing his colon because he does not feel sick. Do you have similar experience Dear reader? Wait a minute, this article is an attempt to answer few questions regarding why it is important for us to use the restroom at least once everyday and why cleansing of the colon is important for all of us.

Dr. Bernard Jensen, D.C., Ph.D., Nutritionist, writes in an article published online at Herbalcures that “In the 50 years I've spent helping people to overcome illness, disability and disease, it has become crystal clear that poor bowel management lies at the root of most people's health problems. In treating over 300,000 patients, it is the bowel that invariably has to be cared for before any healing can take place.”

Well a scientific fact is that most of the nutrients our body needs are absorbed through the walls of the colon. One of the colon's jobs is to squeeze whatever is in it to get the nutrients out. After it is through squeezing, the peristaltic muscles are supposed to push out what is left. If the bowel system isn't working properly not everything gets pushed out, and gradually the residue coats the walls of the colon with some of the world's best glue, and also creates a toxic liquid which gets into the bloodstream. Every tissue in the body is fed by the bloodstream, so when it becomes toxic we have a condition of autointoxication. This produces undesirable consequences and is the root cause of many of today's diseases and illnesses. This is the way we manufacture disease in our body. What is the way out? Is our body like our homes or a car or a machine? Is there the need for regular maintenance? How do we do it?

An herbal colon cleanser which is one of the answers, is very important. In Ghana, thanks to the government relaxed regulations about complimentary medicine backed by the United Nations sanctioning of it, alternative medicine is taking a scientific approach to health care delivery. Higher education offerings in Alternative medicine and cures at the Kumasi based Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, the Mampong Centre for Research into Herbal Medicine and a number of private institutions as well as traditional education in herbal medicine are pointers to the fact Ghana is coming of age of recognizing the import of natural herbs and cures. This is why popular herbal names such as ALAFIA bitters, TOP Herbal bitters, Living Bitters, Adom Bitters, Kalafi Bitters, Kaskala Bitters, Gyaesu Bitters, ODO Pee Bitters, Agbeve Bitters etc come in handy as our immediate and significant intervention to address the challenges of colon cleansing. Not only are these medicines safe without any documented side effects vis a vis some of the orthodox medicines on the market but are comparatively cheaper in price and available. What we are saying is that we should do something about our colons from time to time.

All these medicines can be gotten at any of the chemical, drug or pharmacy stores in your cities, towns or villages. For those of you who have personal family doctors, see them for recommendations on what to do regarding the subject under discussion, and for those who do not have any, do not self-medicate but talk to the staff of the chemical stores for recommendations.

Just in....
