For many start up and even established enterprises, Human Capital Development and Human Resource management are vital and sometimes undermined functions because of the erroneous assumption that there are pure cost centers which are not necessary until a certain amount of income or a particular number of employees have been employed.

In 2010, we found that a large number of small to medium sized start up and established businesses across Africa, were suffering because of a lack of skilled in-house personnel who could both handle office requirements while overseeing personnel's day to day needs. CEOs, stakeholders, and management alike across a large number of companies we interviewed all agreed that there was a need for strategically placed systems and personnel; most noted, is that this must be cost effective and should tie in with the business requirements to help them attain higher productivity levels and accomplish business goals.

In order to provide more insight into these two topics, we will be carrying out a 1 day free training introducing both topics using an interactive approach while explaining some basic strategies for cost effective implementation within companies. After the training, there will be an opportunity for networking while we serve free drinks and refreshments. Other companies will be advertising

The even is scheduled to take place on the 22nd of November 2011 from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to network and learn.
