The Impact Of Time Management On Banks’ Efficiency In Ghana (application Of Poisson Distribution)

The study was undertaken to assess the Impact of Time Management on Banks' Efficiency in Ghana (A Case Study of Ghana Commercial Bank, High Street, Accra and Stanbic Bank, Accra). This was based on two sources of data, primary and secondary. The primary data sources included collection of data from observing customers in a queue at both banks. Data collection was through the use of a structured questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained through libraries, news papers and the Internet.
