Don't listen to this article. You need to work ALL muscles EQUALLY if you're going to start weight-training. It's a full package, you can't just work out some muscles, leaving out others. You need to work out every muscle equally, and you need to implement a vigorous cardio routine. It's all or nothing, believe me. Ignoring muscles can lead to injury.
