The School offers a high practical knowledge in Catering. More than 60% of time is spent on practical classes. Teaching groups are kept reasonably small, because there should be meaningful achievements. We therefore aim to provide the highest standards of training our students for them to become chefs of the future. By the end of the course you will have learnt the skills of a professsional caterer.
The Scool has a three term course schedule, once you complete the course you will receive a certificate from the Technical Exams Unit, Ghana Education Service. The School teaches cookery courses to a new level.
