Job Qualification Requirements
Education Level	:	First Degree
Qualifications	:	• Must hold a degree in either business administration, finance or economics along with 10 years of professional experience. • Must possess a strong background working in agricultural finance, preferably with experience in product development, risk assessment, cash flow-based lending models, gender-inclusive financing models, and insurance. • Must possess work experience related to financial sector capacity building with experience in delivering trainings and coaching support. • At least two years of experience managing employees or consultants to achieve results. • This position requires written and spoken fluency in English. • Knowledge of how to evaluate agricultural value chain investment opportunities, preferably rice, maize, and soya. • Ghanaian citizen • Experience working on USAID-funded projects preferred.
