The African Development Forum (ADF), an Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) flagship biennial event created in 1999, is a multi-stakeholder platform for debating,
discussing and initiating concrete strategies for Africa's development. It is convened in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC), African Development
Bank (AfDB) and other key partners to establish an African-driven development agenda that reflects consensus and leads to specific programmes for implementation. The
aim of ADF is to present the key stakeholders in Africa's development with the results of current research and opinions on key development issues in order to formulate
shared goals, priorities and programmes, and define the environment that will enable African countries to implement these programmes. The Conference
will be held at the Morgan state University Maryland,U.S.A from January 5th - 26th 2013.Registration to this Summit is absolutely "FREE" and strictly for
invited individuals and organizations only. As an invitee, you have received a registration code UN/ADF/002561/2013/US with the
invitation letter, which grants you access to the registration form.The United Nations General Assembly will sponsor free travel costs,Accomodation and
all-round flight ticket for all participant.
ADF-VIII will therefore highlight key aspects of mineral, land, forestry and fishery resources management and development. The focus areas will enable a wider platform
for various stakeholders to participate and will emphasize critical issues in each of these areas. Discussions will be organized around the following thematic focus
areas:
Policy, legal and regulatory issues
Economic issues, including participation and ownership
Knowledge base, human and institutional capabilities
Environmental, material stewardship and climate change
Governance, human rights and social issues
Gender and youth empowerment will be taken into consideration as crosscutting issues in the discussion of all the above mentioned areas.
TERMS AND CONDITION:
1.You must be 18 years and over.
2.You must hold a travelling passport valid for at leaset 6 months.
3.You must not have any criminal record.
4.United states visa is guaranteed for the first 30 registered applicants.
5.You must be able to provide a guarantee of 2000 cedis as a proof of funds.

You are invited to participate in this international multi-sectoral conference bringing together Leading figures, Governments and Various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) from across the World to discuss and debate the possible ways and strategies through which the global fight against HIV/Aid Prevention can maximally be attained.
The main Objectives of the Event are given as follows:
Reflection on the scale and manifestation of poverty around the World;

* Assessing the role of the International Humanitarian Agencies in coordinating International poverty eradication efforts;

Final Beneficiaries of these logistic entitlements will be selected on a first-come-first processed basis and as a result of this, the sooner we receive your applications, the earlier we can process them.

Visas and Letters of invitation:
Special arrangements have been made by our foundation through our travel consultants for professional immigration assistance to be given to participants who will require a Visa into the U.S.A. The Conference Organizers will arrange for the Letters of Invitation to be sent to appropriate Embassies as soon as we receive your registation fee. U.S VISA is guaranteed for the first 50 ghanaian applicant.
Presentation Proposal:
Participants wishing to make speech presentations on topical issues during the conference are also encouraged to indicate their interests to enable us enlist them in the Programme Time table which is being drafted. You should submit a one page presentation Abstract and your Curriculum Vitae which should be less than 4 pages.
